Perry Family Free Clinic
The Perry Family Free Clinic provides comprehensive healthcare to uninsured and underinsured Black men in Madison. We believe healthcare is a right, not a privilege.
- Primary Care with culturally competent providers
- Mental Health counseling with Black male therapists
- Dental Care at our Boys and Girls Club location
- Physical Therapy and diabetic footcare services
