Aaron Perry
Founder & Executive Director
A visionary leader transforming how Black men access healthcare, one barbershop at a time.

A Personal Mission
Aaron Perry's journey to founding Rebalanced Life Wellness Association began with a deeply personal tragedy. After losing his father to preventable health complications, Aaron recognized that too many Black men were dying from conditions that could have been detected and treated with proper screening.
Growing up in Madison, Wisconsin, Aaron understood the barriers that kept Black men from seeking healthcare - the distrust of medical institutions, the lack of culturally competent care, the inconvenience of traditional healthcare settings, and the stigma around men's health.
His innovative solution? Bring healthcare to where Black men already feel comfortable - the barbershop. Operating out of Madison's largest Black barbershop, Aaron created a model that has since been recognized nationally for its effectiveness and innovation.
Today, through Rebalanced Life and the Perry Family Free Clinic, Aaron has helped thousands of Black men access preventative care, manage chronic conditions, and build lasting relationships with healthcare providers.
